These rules form part of Xtasia’s Club Rules and apply alongside the Membership Terms and Safety Rules. They apply to everyone attending Xtasia and Flirts. The Membership Terms take precedence if wording conflicts.
Ask before intimate contact and obtain clear, freely given consent. Consent applies only to what has been agreed and can be withdrawn at any time. Stop if someone says no, asks you to stop, pulls away or otherwise appears unwilling or uncertain. Silence and lack of resistance are not consent.
Do not pressure someone, repeatedly approach them after a refusal or take an activity further than agreed. Never remove or interfere with an agreed condom or other protection without consent. Someone who is asleep, unconscious or too intoxicated to decide cannot consent.
Membership, clothing, nudity, previous contact and attendance at a particular event do not give permission to touch or participate. Socialising, dancing and enjoying the atmosphere are valid reasons to attend; nobody owes anyone sexual participation.
Treat members, staff and hosts with dignity and respect, regardless of sexuality, sex, gender identity or expression, race, disability, religion or other personal characteristics. Harassment, discrimination, threats, aggression and abusive behaviour are not permitted.
Do not crowd, follow or persistently watch someone who has indicated that your attention is unwanted. Do not interrupt private activity, a scene or aftercare, including by knocking on a closed door, unless urgent help is needed. Follow staff or event safety-team instructions.
Do not attend or participate when intoxication makes safe behaviour or consent doubtful. Staff may refuse admission, stop serving alcohol or require you to leave for safety reasons. Do not bring your own alcohol.
Illegal drugs are prohibited. Do not solicit, accept or arrange payment for sexual activity on the premises. Suspected offences may be reported to police where appropriate.
Store phones at reception and use them only in the areas staff designate. Arrange necessary medical or accessibility use with staff. Follow the Membership Terms on cameras and recording: management permission alone does not replace the consent of people identifiable in a recording.
Do not reveal another person’s membership, attendance or private activities without permission or another lawful justification. Use their chosen alias when they have agreed to an online review or reference; do not reveal their real identity. Nothing here prevents lawful reporting, cooperation with authorities or confidential professional support.
Follow the Safety Rules, hygiene notices and reasonable staff instructions. Keep shoes and boots off beds, smoke only in designated outdoor areas and do not chew gum. Do not bring your own food without permission. Ask before using another person’s equipment. Enter and leave quietly and respect our neighbours.
Tell any staff member if something is wrong. Reporting promptly can help us intervene, but concerns raised later are also taken seriously. Do not confront someone aggressively or retaliate against a person for reporting a concern or helping an investigation.
Breaches may lead to a warning, removal, suspension or a ban, depending on the circumstances. Ownership reviews membership decisions under the Membership Terms. Concerns about staff or the handling of a report can be raised directly with ownership through reception or the website contact service.
